For this project, the client had purchased an unfinished condominium in a Gold Coast high-rise building that had great views but no amenities, furniture or finishes. Their desire was to have a city home where they could entertain family, friends and clients.

The project involved creating a galley kitchen with an extended island counter that could provide space for entertaining guests with cocktails or catered meals as well as a casual breakfast or informal dinner

The Living Room was organized around the entertainment center and planned to maximize the outstanding views of the Chicago lakefront and city skyline.  New furniture selections provided a variety of seating locations for guests where they could both enjoy the views and the game.

The guest bathroom remodel retained the existing porcelain tub but was re-glazed for an updated look.  We added new lighting, fixtures and finishes that included a stone mosaic tile accent that gave the room a fresh, modern look.
